Collard Greens: Much like spinach, one cup of cooked collards contains 25% of your daily calcium. In addition, it easily blends with your favorite foods.

Cheese: Most cheese contains most of the calcium you’ll need for the day. 1.5 ounces is all you really need to meet your calcium requirements. However, most cheese does nothing to help your vitamin D intake, meaning you’ll have to get it elsewhere, Cheese and Salmon anyone?
