The second step is taking one day (like Sunday, for example) to prepare healthy dinner meals for the whole week.
3.) Create An Evening Routine: Waking up and being an adult in the morning or early afternoon (if you sleep in) is tough enough on most summer days. So, instead of running around trying to accomplish every little task first thing upon waking up, set aside 15-20 minutes prior to bedtime to check some tasks off of your list. This will free up your days and make you feel a lot better.
